I woke up at 7:15. I got ready, made sure everything was packed, then read the book Diana loaned me. We ate breakfast at 8:50 then went back to our room. We carried all the luggage down three flights of stairs to the front gate. We took the luggage down to the High Street Kensington Station and waited for everyone to get there.
Kristen forgot Kathy's present so part of the group went back to Holland House to get it while the other half went on to Heathrow. I navigated us through the tube system to Heathrow. We got to the check-in point and waited for the rest of the group.
When the rest of the group got to the airport we checked our bags. I got randomly checked so I went with the nice lady and she went through my bag to make sure I wasn't carrying anything dangerous. We talked after she checked my bag and she was nice. She took me to the front of the line to check my bag, so I didn't have to wait in the really long line.
After everyone in our group checked their bags we went through the secuirty check and waited for the gate to be announced. When we found out what gate we walked to gate 18 and waited in a long line to get on the plane. We got on the plane at about 2:20 pm LT. I watched two movies on the flight. Panic Room and Ice Age. They were both really good.
This flight is a lot easier than the one to London, even if it is longer. I'm not as tired this flight. After the flight from London we landed in Chicago O'Hare. We had to take the tube to Terminal 3 to get our luggage, go through customs, then find our gate. We proceeded to our gate then waited to board.
I called Mom while we waited and talked to her. I boarded the flight and found my seat. I fell asleep several times during the flight. After we got off the plane in Oklahoma City, OK we got our luggage and Diana's family took us to a mexican restaurant to eat dinner at 9:30 pm CT.
After dinner we went back to Diana's house and talked the whole way there about the trip. When we got to her house, Diana and I showed some of our gifts for our family (Diana gave hers). Afterwards I brushed my teeth, got ready for bed, and went to sleep.
